Cancellation Policy

Please read the refund policy carefully as it contains important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and EzEnergy (the contracting entity being EzUrja Charging Solutions Private Limited), having its office at 11 Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase IV, New Delhi – 110020, which governs your access to and use of our website including our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications and all associated services, any updates and up gradation of the same (collectively, “Services”). The website, the applications and the Services are hereinafter collectively called the “Website”.
- Cancellation Policy: Customer can cancel the booking any time after the booking has been done till prespecified minutes of starting time slot (15 mins before the start time). In case of no show till prespecified minutes after the starting time (10 mins after start time) the booking would be cancelled by default.
1.1. Customers would be charged the booking and or convenience fee which was shown at the time of booking in case of no show or cancellation of booking (if done within prespecified minutes before the time slot).
1.2. A User can cancel the charging session anytime. In case of prepayment, any balance amount due after deducting the charging that has happened will be refunded to the original mode of payment. - Refund of Cancellation: When you select the ‘Cancel booking’ tab, you get to select between ‘Refund to Original Payment Mode’ and ‘ Refund to Wallet’.
2.1. Refunds to source reflect within 10 business days
2.2. In case you have redeemed a gift voucher while booking, the amount will be refunded to the same gift voucher.
2.3. If you have applied payback or loyalty points, the transaction is deemed ineligible for cancellation or refund - Fair Usage: In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, EzEnergy (EzUrja Charging Solutions Private Limited) reserves the rights to deny the offer or cancel the booking. EzEnergy shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
- Changes to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. If we make any changes to the policy, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review the policy periodically to stay informed about our policies and practices.
- Changes to Offers: EzEnergy reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all its offers wholly or in part, whether similar to the previous Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- EzEnergy is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
- EzEnergy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
